FRUSTRATED CUSTOMER

I have this contract sincelast year and ever since had endless problems with Zone Fitness. I sometimes forgot that I needed to leave money in for them to deduct the first of each month and then they deduct sometimes twice a day or about 3 to 4 times a month. My instalment of R165.00 and bank charges of R115.00 each time they deduct and the debit bounces back add up to R510 for the month of July.
I spoke to Ilse and explained to her why don't they phone the account holder if they missed 1 one payment to make a specific arrangement as to deduct and deduct all the time knowingly there is nothing in the bank i then asked her for a refund.
She then replied they cannot refund me for it is the system that generates the payment to be deducted from the account holder and then I asked her to put me through to the people that put the dates in the system because surely the computer doesn't do this by itself. She then didn't give me an answer. She then replied you the one with the debt and you must pay it. I then told her i know it my debt and i do pay every month but som
