Extreme Unfair Practise

I purchased a veh with Absa in 2010.Due to health problem I was not able to pay my instalments. This has been communicated to ABSA. Since then more than 7 people worked on my file and every time I need to explain all from the beginning. In the meantime without informing me ABSA gave instruction to a lawyer to file judgement and attachments of goods, knowingly that I have moved addresses, They intentionally signed docs at old address So July I made an arrangement after many conversations. The outstanding balance was R40000.I have explained to bank and attorneys on record that I am a contract worker and sometimes we do not get paid due date. I have showed good faith and paid R2000 than R20 000 en should have paid the last R20000 on Fri 23 Aug which was communicated to lawyers and bank. My money didn't show on Friday the 23rd but this morning I was ready to make the final deposit. Do you think ABSA wanted to assist. They said I need to mention that I couldn't kept to my arrangements in the past if I publish this. With smiles and utmost arrogance, they said sorry deadline was Fri 23 Aug, you missed deadline your car will be sold tom. I feel this was n ripoff They fooled me all the time
