Lack of assistance/feedback with claim

I have dealt with various insurance companies over the past few years and the service received this time round from ABSA is appaling to say the least. My complaint was logged on Mon 19th Aug 13.for a suspected broken sewer pipe After 24 hours, no response, I contacted the call centre to find out when a plumber would be sent out. The plumbing company were extremely efficient and attended to my questions immediately and advised me that blocked drains/sewerage are not covered in my homeowners insurance policy, however they still dispatched a plumber to assist. On Wed 21st Aug I contacted the call centre to follow up on my claim as under definitions in my policy, sewerage is covered as part of the building structure. Lionel was extremely efficient and promised to have a plumber dispatched as soon as possible... well its now Monday 26th Aug am still waiting for that same plumber. Calls to Lionel on thursday and friday went unanswered. This morning after being left on hold for close on 10 minutes twice and being cut off on the second attempt I asked for a supervisor. Lionel immediately came on the line and was astounded to hear that the plumber had not arrived. He would email me shortly?
