I am happy to say that I am a proud customer of FNB!
Saterday Morning R2300.00 went off my account - due to numerous unknown debit orders I never approved.
In a panic I called Zedi on 0875759404 and he assisted me while I was online - While I was speaking to him I recieved the sms's that the money is reversed into my account.

I cannot thank him enough - That was outstanding service.

Keep it up! He is certainly a asset to FNB 's call centre.
