Imagine being Robbed of everything and you go into FNB and there is red tape to access your money because your ID's were.
Robyn even went as far as to offer R5 for the parking to me so I could go sort out the affidavit and come back to get a temporary card. Robyn Thomas and Thabile were amazing and they really made a terrible experience for us bareable. This is the type of people FNB needs to hold on to!
