I was trying to get an authorization for my mom to go into hospital for surgery on Tuesday and I was just not getting any joy until I kept phoning and got hold of Daniel Van Wyk who not only listened to what it was that I needed but actually took the time to help me, he is not only efficient and helpful but he also is polite and goes the extra mile to help. Thank you Daniel! you have no idea how grateful I am to you for the time you took to help me and One Plan really does need more people like you. Everything is authorized and now its just to get my mom through this operation and on the mend and you just took a little bit of that extra stress off me .. Thanks again
