I called the call centre to query an sms sent to me saying my nedgroup account was handed over to credit worx. i had no knowledge that I was owing money to nedgroup after speaking to 2 consultants i was told I was being forwarded to the portfolio manager for these accounts but they just put the phone down!!! Terrible service and all they didnt seem to understand that I was never notified that I was liable to pay nedgroup and still insist on making me pay interest and penalty fees. I expect a call back from the portfolio manager with regards to this issue
