I have having issues with nedbank personal loans, they go into my account from the 19 of the month up till the 30 to collect money.their consultants are very very rude, when explaining to you. Ned bank doesn't refund back your bank chargers when they go into your account and there is no money available. All i want is for my account to be debited on the 25 of every month is that to much to ask??? I regret ever taking out a personal loan with them.they have the worse customer service ever. And all i want is for the debit order to go off on the 25 of the month.each month i have to phone and request for a refund this is after i changed my debit order date, i don't understand why i have to do that if their systems are updated as per the consultants.
