We submitted a third party claim on january 21 2013.have not heard anything from anybody.if i phone they put me through to numbers were nobody answers the phone.i have talked to Rachel Reeds. Apparently a certain Pakamile is working the claim but it is impossible to get hold of him or her.we have send all the relevant documentation they have asked for. my husband was seriously injured in the motorcycle accident with one of their policy holders.
