RCP Account Handed over with no justification

This matter has been previously reported&is still NOT RESOLVED!!! From inception of my RCP there have been issues, when this was picked up by myself, I immediately tried to rectify&was given incorrect info from the various CC's. RCP CC told me to pay in the arrears amount to my cheque acc which I did, they failed to tell me my CHQ acc was overdrawn so my acc remained in arrears. Only when I pulled a Credit health did I see this was not rectified so when I called the CC's was finally told to pay directly into my RCP. Once all issues where resolved, I made the necessary payments into my CHQ acc so the debit orders will run&upon checking my credit profile saw the acc was still in arrears, so checked my stmt online which I needed to get details for, only to see that the DO did not run. Called the CC's&was told DO was cancelled without any notification. Had to pay manually. Even after my acc was up to date the credit bureaus reflected incorrectly. I was assured this would be rectified by Nkuli&yet this is still not resolved&hes now away. Furthering this my acc was handed over at the end of May&I now have an adverse listing at the bureaus which is UNACCEPTABLE! This needs to be resolved NOW!
