Refund and refuse due to incompetence

For an ex employee of absa is this how they treat their clients.

Explained my situation to Rosslyn"Manager" and yet they cannot help me. What nonsence is this. I need the Refund back into my acc as the funds that was in my account was not mine.

I need it asap.
