I've received sms from a division of ABSA AIP services stating that they will deduct an amount from my account. I bank through ABSA and my vehicle is financed through ABSA. I have sent proof of my vehicle insurance through to AIP Services almost a month ago as requested. This is unacceptable behavior from my bank/ division of my bank.
I've attempted contacting Kgomotso/ AIP services on many occasions with no success.
How is it possible that the customer service is out of the office? What would the point of having customer service be if there is none?
This is not the sort of behavior that i have come to expect from ABSA.
