I have a Pet Shop. I have been with Sureswipe for a couple of years with good service. But since they moved over from Capitec Bank to Mercantile Bank there is endless problems. Money going of double on customers accounts. Cards saying declined on my side but reflecting on customers side and many off-line problems.
So much so that I have cancelled my contract with them and am now penalised with a cancellation charge. It is not my fault there service is unacceptable. How can I be penalised for their problems. I was losing customers due to this problem.
