Wow! This sums up my recent experience with MY bank. I had an opportunity yesterday to find out exactly how much more user friendly the new website has become. What began as a simple look at the current state of my account, led to me following a link for submitting a query regarding my eBucks. Only hoping for an answer much later, imagine my surprise when I received a telephone call a couple of hours later! Trudie introduced herself as my Premier Banker and promised to investigate. In addition, she then proceeded to update my profile and we managed to address a few other minor issues as well. I kept thinking: "But wait, there is more! " My grateful thanks to an Institution as innovative as FIRST NATIONAL BANK and their lovely staff such as Trudie. You make ordinary men feel like kings!
