After my complaint about very bad service I had a call from John Davids yesterday and allthough I am still upset we had a meaningfull conversation and my questions were answered. If only people will realize that sevice is what makes a company and whether good or bad results as long as you have the freedom to talk and LISTEN to a sympathetic ear you are ha;fway there.
