The service I received from Pontsho was nothing short of exemplary... she was very professional from the point at which I first got in contact with her. She informed me of all the requirements that were needed for my claim, offered to get me assistance if I struggled to get my car issued back to me and her coordination of all the activities that needed to take place in reference of my claim was prompt and very well handled.
