Greetings, I had an incident on Thursday due to. Roxy Claasen handled my claim and the service I received from her was excellent. In today's world this needs to be treasured at all times. I'm a firm believer that customers will not just buy into your product but will buy into service requirements as well. There's so much competition out there and again I was offered a cheaper insurance with a competitor.
I always have this sentiment, I don't mind paying my premium, however I will need the service when I have to claim, and this once again just proof my judgement on Auto & General. Well done Roxy and I believe what you put in is what you will get OUT!! NOT WITH OUTSURANCE THOUGH!!!

My claim was handled with so much professionalism and detail. This just gives me PEACE OF MIND that if something MAJOR HAPPENS, the A&G TEAM will be there to look after me and my family's needs.
