Thank you for the professional, caring and kind way that you handled my claim. Service was prompt and very efficient. Having had the horrid experience of having had no insurance claims for 27 years and then having to claim 3 times in about a month, which was so embarrasing, but these ladies were wonderful and said that this is why one has insurance and that they were happy to help me. HOW NICE WAS THAT!
