I would like to make a query on my account. I made a payment last month on this account via eft in time I got disconnected*~X (at wits' end, phoned the call centre spoke to Sibongile who asked a lot of info, saw the payment on the system reconnected my service asked me to send proof of payment so that she could escalate to accounts for them to allocate the payment correctly. I faxed the statement to her immediately.

Almost a month letter my statement says I am still in arrears, I spoke to Evelyn on Wednesday the 12th of June who asked me to refax the same statement, still now the balance hasn't been corrected.

Can I at least get my account sorted, faxing is not free and I hate redoing this as incompetence on your part mustn't inconvenience me because you guys are just looking for another opportunity to disconnect me again.

I also sent the query via email and got case number 3579313 with promises of getting feedback the following day. Still nothing
