I had a Blue financial cell phone contract which i signed for 24 months. On expiration of the contract i phoned Blue to enquire for the upgrade on my cell phone. I was advised they do not offer the service anymore and the current number will default onto a normal pay as you go number. I had a Top up contract which they debited about R259 from me and gave me back R200 airtime. I assumed this contract has ended until a got notice and demand threats from Pholosa advising i need to pay just over R3000. This is RIDICULOUS!!! I have numerous emails advising i want a breakdown of the amounts i also want to know who gave Blue financial authority to simply extend my contract. They now claiming debit orders from me for the months AFTER the 24 month expired. They also want the money for the debit orders but will not reimburse any airtime! This is and day light. I am at a point where i want to lay a charge against the organisation because nobody has any sight of what they doing but they demanding money!!! You people of their hard earned money!!! You should be investigated by the hawks!
