Hi, I had a cell phone top up account with mobile U Carletonville in Aug 2009, this was a two year contract witch expired in 2011, This contract was paid up in full and cancelled 2-3 times. i went back and had to fill in a form which was send to head office and cancelled. no money went off my account after that, and now i have received a message after 2 years that i have to pay my account and that i was handed over to ITC. REF. ZAR_000049717_MB. Blue financial services closed down in Carletonville far over a year ago.
