I took a cellphone contract with Mobile U a division of Blue Financial Service together with my wife, this was a 24 month contract which one is able to cancel only after the set period. I tendered my cancellation letter 60 days before expiry of the contract ad per their policy but without me noticing since June 2012 which was supposed to be the end of my contract Blue has been feeding of our money. On the other hand their sister company Pholosa is busy harrassing us with call demand money for the cancelled contract. I even went to their offices in Randburg and spoke to a guy named Sbu but there was no help they told I owe them. I phone their offices in Faerie Glen it wss cofirmed my contracts closed in June 2012.
I these people do not have respect for anyone and they are one of the companies that are busy messing up the reputation of our proffessionalism as a country. How can you can keep on billing without giving them services. I want our money back.
