I was retrenched in December 2012 and made arrangements to pay my card. I also had account protection which is paying the card until October and I am paying an additional R 2500.00 per month. However Nedbank has written this card balance off and listed me on ITC as Bad Debt Written off. I have never received a letter, my statements stopped arriving, a summons or anything to warn me that this is going to happen. I have called your Legal department three times and all three times the phone has been disconnected. You cannot get through to them. I want this sorted out or I am going to see a lawyer.
