Hi, well i took out a policy with KP week or so back, and all i had do was add send in some serial number for some items to be insured as i did not have it with me at the time. I sent it through to the person i dealt with before, but i then got a call back form someone else. I will admit this annoyed me slightly as i already gone thru all of these details and now i had do it again, and then i was quoted more than before. 15 mins later, i got call back from the client care lady, Rochelle and she actually managed to save me more than my previous quote. So again KP managed to surprise me and must say Rochelle was very professional regarding the update. so thanks again for good service
