Lack of Support

There was a judgement previously passed by FNB against me and this was long settled and now am struggling to have it removed from ITC. Previously contacted FNB Legal and they advised that for them to give me a letter to get judgement removed, I need to first get my credit score sorted on my account. The advised that the score was impacted by fact that i was on debt counceling and i then contacted FNB welness who then advised that i was never on councelling. went back to FNB ellof and they told me that it can not be debt councelling and advised that it resulted nin the way the account was conducted by myself. they then advised that they will forward my request to have the score reviewed to CBS and i will be contacted within the previous week.

Week passed and FNB never contacted me, i then went back to the branch and consultant called CBS who then said it is not them who is supposed to do this and we were then reffered to FNB credit and agqain was told that credit does not work on Saturday and should again go home and wait for a call from FNB.

It seems like always when i need assistance from FNB I need to go via this channel as at the branch i do not get assistance. who will help?
