I have applied for a surplus in august 2012 and forwarded all required documentation, went back to them at marshaltown and in jan 2013 and they said they will sent me an SMS to notify me about the statement. i went back again in march 2013 they said the system is down and they cant check. i went again in august 2013 only to find out that my postal code was incorrect hence they did not post the statement. now i fail to understand the reason since i was waiting for SMS now is postal
