I am so disgusted in Budget insurance. There is no such thing as profesionalism in any department. What is the point in having Managers if they cannot even do their job or find the brain power to follow through on complaints that were made over a period of three weeks.

All we have heard after every conversation is " i'll get back to you" I AM SO SICK OF HEARING I WILL GET BACK TO YOU BECAUSE THIS NEVER HAPPENS!!!

The first complaint was on the 27th July 2013. from that date we have called FIVE times and everytime we get the "i am sorry and will get back to you with an answer". weeks go by and ofcourse as a paying customer NO-ONE COULD GIVE A about customer service.

It is now the 20 August - seven days to go before it is a month with no answers. Is it that hard to pay for a service and actually get a frieken call back AS PROMISED!!!

You are quick to debit the monthly premium at month end BUT you CANNOT do your job, your promise to assist YOUR CLIENTS is a lie!!!

This is TRULY DISGUSTING and gives Budget a very BAD name! I WANT A CALL BACK FOR EXPLANATIONS AND ANSWERS TO ALL MY COMPLAINTS!!! NO SERVICE, NO PAY, and you lose dedicated clients
