I called the Outsurance Call Centre today to update my existing personal cover. I was helped by Karabo Mokoena, who was very professional and efficient in her assistance. My cover was updated in no-time, and all my serial numbers logged while we were talking. Karabo really knows her work. She was also very friendly, and spoke excellent English.
