I placed a call to Outsurance just after 08h00 and my call was answered by Karabo. The way she answer the call totally took me by surprise. She was so friendly and helpful throughout the duration of the call. Within minutes (while we were talking) my details were updated. When the call was ended, I notice the updated schedule already send to my email.
