Previously received a respond from Nedbank regarding an account which was has been closed however they are still raising banking charges each month. Nedbank informed me on this site that they will investigate. I have just received another letter stating that my banking charges are due.
I closed the account months ago due to the Pavilion branch team always passing the buck and giving some excuse. Yet again they did not meet standard and did could not close an account properly. My side is done. Nedbank needs to get this fixed.
