Hi

Today at around 12:00 I was in the bank above to make two queries. I went to the Collections desk and was met by a very professional lady with an impeccable attitude and a lovely smile. She greeted me and asked how she could help. I explained to her what I needed and in return she calmly explained / suggested to me how she was going to help. I agreed to her suggestion and she patiently assisted me with both my querries.

When she finished she asked again if there was anything else, to which I responded by saying no. As I left she wished me a good day. To someone else this might look normal, but to me this kind of service really needs the attention that it deserves and we must encourage it.

I feel bad that I did not take down her name but she was the only one at COLLECTIONS desk at the time that I was there.

I also noticed how well she treated the guy who was infront of me.

She really must keep this pleasing customer service up.
