I have been battling to get my account sorted out with FNB for awhile now. Being a platinum card holder, I was at my wits end as nothing seemed to ever get sorted out and I was pushed from Pillar to Post. I was fortunate to be helped by a lovely lady by the name of Tshepiso Rapoo today, she was friendly, efficient, and extremely helpful, she accomplished what many others before her in previous months could not seem to do, and all of this in the space of a few minutes. My issues were sorted and she was the most pleasant and efficient lady. She is truly truly and absolute asset to FNB, A gem like this should be held in the highest esteem and should be rewarded for her impeccable way she assisted me. Please FNB, this is someone who you must really reward for keeping your name high in the banking industry. I would happily deal with her again in the future. She is absolute GOLD! Thank you Tshepiso, you are a lovely lady, I hope I get to deal with you again in the future. You are a star!
