I recently bought a car and the finance was through Standard bank. The service was awful, first they declined my loan because they had looked up the wrong make of car. When that was sorted the process was very slow, they never stayed in contact and they never returned your calls and when you finally did get hold of them they couldn't give answers. Even now they sent an e-mail asking me was everything ok and I replied saying I have a query regarding a direct debit and I'm still waiting for the reply. What is the point of asking if everything is ok but not doing anything about it.
I feel the service was absolutely rubbish
