I am on the "Safe Driver" option at Outsurance. And have been for a few months now. Included in this is a tracker installed in my car by tracker themselves. Recently I was told by an Outsurance call center agent that I'm paying too much on my Tracker. He has promised me more than once that he would contact Tracker and find out why I'm paying more than double what I should be paying. I've given ample chance for feedback and emailed numerous times. The last email I sent days ago has still not received a response. If I have been paying more than I should then it should be rectified and my premiums returned.
