Making a stressful situation stress-free

On the 8th of August 2013, l was involved in a car accident during peak Johannesburg traffic hour. I called my insurance company and l was asked to drop the call and a consultant was to call me. Within 30 minutes my car had been toured away and my fully claim logged. And l was on my way to work. Today l purchased my replacement vehicle & if is comprehensively covered!!
Much of what these fellas did for me could be attributed to Outsurance processes (efficient processes), but processes are nothing without people who practise them.
l would like to commend Mr Dlepu & Mr Mhlanga for the ease, professionalism & flawless manner in which they conducted themselves. All my queries were handled by them, even if it meant them going to confirm with another department on what was going on, e.g query l had with Salvage Department.
Accidents are stressful by nature, l am glad l never had the added stress of chasing after the Insurance company
