I would just like to put on record that this is possibly the worst service I have ever received from a so called "corporate" company. Due to the fact that I have never made a claim before with any insurance company I have been insured with, this experience honestly has been the most stressful, and frustrating experience I have ever lived through. Despite the fact that through a traumatic armed, a gun being held to my family's head and my own, not knowing whether we would live or die, I can confirm that my experience through Outsurance was even worse. The claims department, appointed 3rd party assessor, and employees are the most unprofessional individuals I have ever come across. Outsurance seem to spend lots of money on advertising when they should invest in training/teaching their employees. However at the end of this, Outsurance have handled my claim in the most unprofessional manner, the communication has been below standard if any and professional feedback non-existent. Outsurance put your money where your mouth is... and beware to even try "get something out"!!!
