Debit double premiums before policy properly activ

Discovery Customer Care Reference number: 2967287205 I signed up for a Life policy and Retirement Annuity with Discovery. They ask for proof of banking details but before I could even submit it, a double premium is deducted from my bank account. Also, I asked them to transfer my current Liberty Retirement Annuity to them, for which I completed paperwork, but yet the Lliberty RA also came off my bank account again. Meaning they didn't cancel this but yet my RA with them is active. Now I demand they reimburse my money and cancel all dealings I have with them, since I didn't even get a response when I started asking questions from the financial advisor. After asking for the second time and threatening to take my business away, he responds with a: I can't communicate about this since we don't have your proof of banking details and it's not legal. Yes, It was legal enough of you to take a double premium, without notifying me! I get a clinical response from Customer Care that I must give written notification and give a month's notice and this after me explaining the situation to them. So this month I'm having to struggle because R3200 came off my bank account which I didn't budget for :(
