In 2008 i had an account with Price 'n Pride/ Ellerines group which i settled around Sept/Oct/Nov period (cannot remember the exact month) then around December i saw a garnish order in my payslip from a Pronto Financial Services and when i enquired they said they are debt collectors for the furnisher shop. i then informed them that i finished paying that furnisher shop and they checked. they then wrote a letter for me stating that i do not owe them anything. three months later they stopped the deduction from my salary. now i am applying for vehicle finance and i cannot get it because it appears in the computers that they placed me on ITC 2008. i do not know where to get them. this is so frustrating for me.
