I called my insurance to cancel due to the escalating premiums that i currently cannot afford and because i have been quoted cheaper somewhere else. I spoke to craig and explained my predicument and from the word go he sounded very interested in what i was going to say to him. He went through the details patiently with me and made jokes in the process. I think i was going to remain with Budget regardless of the redused premium due to the way he assisted me. I wish we could have people like him everywhere in the swervice industry.
