PROPER CUSTOMER CARE!!!

We wanted to book tickets for the Michael Jackson Cirque du Soliel. My husband said he'd just received an email from Discovery stating that if we booked through them then we would get a 20% discount off the 4 tickets. He tried to get in, but to no avail. Later he called Discovery, after much frustration with the person's help after 10 minutes he managed to get in to the site. As he was paying he said to me that no discount is showing. I said I'm sure it'll show once you've completed the transaction. He completed the transaction and when we had paid full price he then called Discovery back to complain. They said it was for limited tickets and they had all sold out. I feel this is completely false advertising, especially considering we called them to advise on the site. They should have stipulated that we would not get the 20%. Unacceptable as far as I'm concerned, and the least I expect is a return of the value of the 20%. While I am on this site I should also mention that they have not been crediting our smart shopper for well over a year and they have been saying for a year they would sort it out. They phoned to say it was sorted, and it STILL isn't. What despicable service!!!
