FNB STILL DEBITING INSURANCEON NON-EXISTING CAR

I had an accident on 23 April 2013 and FNB Insurance brokers has been debiting my acc for the insurance premium even now after the claim was settled. They promised a refund but still they are debiting. My dedicated insurance broke gale mametsa never has answers and is not helpful. I have to call countless times, be kept on hold for long times.

Im being ripped off by my trusted FNB!!!

Disappointed!
