Debited for a car insurance that I didn't request

To whom it may Concern,

My husbands account was debited at the end of May for a double debit which included a debit for a car that he had just requested a quote on, he has spoken to numerous people regarding the refund which is over a R1000 and is been given the run around, we do not have spare money just lying around for FNB/Santa to hang onto.

So please could someone contact my husband and get this sorted ASAP.
