CLEARING MY PROFILE

Good day
I would kindly like to inform you that accounts (Personal loan) was opened on my name at Direct Axis, investigations were done by South African Services and SAPS respectively and the outcomes of the investigations had proven that it was not me. Currently I have a challenge to clear my name as this loan is under my FNB profile and is giving me a bad record. I have asked direct axis and FNB to remove this on my profile on several times and I am not winning. I am struggling to apply for finance, if I want to buy something, I get higher interest rates because of this loan that was opened under my name.
