I was shopping around for 2 Samsung S4's the past month, one for me and one for my brother. So i went into nashua mobile and met this lady Sibongile and advised her that I need to take out two contracts and she advised me to do a credit check on me and my brother to see if we qualify, so i gave her all of my details and she called my brother and got his details aswell but promised that this was just a credit check. we were both approved and she asked for me to come back with bank statements, ID copies and pay slips in order to sign the contracts and get the phones. i did not come back with the documents as i got a better deal with cellc but she put the accounts through and now we are receiving statements saying we have to pay the monthly installment for both account but we haven't signed anything and have not received both the phones let alone the sim cards for airtime. I am not worried that this is going to impact on my ITC as i need to apply for vehicle finance soon. please help me out with making sure these accounts are cancel and this Sibongile gets whats coming to her.
