So I drive to my FNB local branch to update my information since I have changed names and contact details, I get there to be told I can't change my details because I am using a BIRTH CERTIFICATE, assuming I am the one who walked into home affairs and requested one instead of an green Id book, as if its not enough that I have to wait for decades to get my identification book I can get assisted @ all because I carry a birth certificate which was given to me as temp identification, perhaps fnb like many companies should look into assisting the customer (customer focus) weigh the problem and take a decision, I'm not looking into withdrawing money, but changing a name, and I have proof as well. I'm not looking for feedback, but I know that my company would appreciate a customer who would walk in to update their information. Its little things like these that matters at times. Nevermind her walking away without excusing herself.
