I took a funeral plan with momentum in 2009 and in 2010 I included my parents. I In 2012 I changed my beneficiary from my to my wife and also added her as one of insured persons. I recently noticed that my father has been removed as an insured person from my benefit schedule. Immediately I telephoned (10 July 2013) inquiring about the removal of my father from the policy and they promised to investigate the matter. 5 days later (15 July 2013) I made a follow on the matter, I was told that they are investigating the matter and they will revert back to me in weeks time.
Up to today I haven't hear a from them. Telephoned again only to be told the matter is still pending and it will take time to be solved because they are short staffed. What is frustrating most is that they don't reply to my emails.
