LIQUID CAPITAL NOT LIVING UP TO EXPECTATIONS

I took my car on 29 July for its 45 000 km service to Huyndai. They informed me that LC is not prepared to pay for the service as the car is over 45 000 km. I phoned LC and tried to explain to Innocentia that I was never informed that the service schedule would be adhered to strictly. I requested her to refer me to the service record/documentation where this was was indicated to me as a consumer. She could not and referred me to the sales consultant where I bought my car from 3 years ago in a very rudely way. When I asked to be transferred to a manager, she transferred me to a number which just kept on ringing. When Huyndai contact LC again Innocentia indicated that a manager will not change her verdict. When I insisted to speak to a manager the phone was again not answered. As I needed the car urgently I had no other option than to pay for the service myself. I lodge a complain on their web site but is still waiting for a response. So although I as a consumer was never informed and agreed to this stipulation it was enforced on me.
