Extremely Poor Customer Service from Call Cente

Contacted the first consultant (Kendal) on Wednesday, 10 July 2013 to query my maintenance policy documentation received on 09 July 2013 after requesting it due to not receiving any documentation since my initial sign up on 22 March 2013.

After clarifying the terms, I was highly unsatisfied as this was not what i had requested from consultant when initially signing up for the maintenance plan extension.

Kendal, the consultant, confirmed that he would listen to recording and contact me back the same day (12 July) with an appropriate solution.

Thursday Afternoon (11 July 2013), received no response from Kendal so contacted the call center AGAIN. Spoke to consultant Innocentia and explained my discussion with Kendal. She informed me that Kendal was currently busy with a client and would immediately call me back once he was done. Hesitant to wait for Kendal to contact me, Innocentia promised that he would and would ensure that he did.

Today (15 July 2013), not a single consultant has come back to me and I am extremely frustrated with the incompetent service received to the point where I WILL CANCEL ALL my policies with Liquid Capital if this is the service a client receives.
