On Tuesday I sent an e-mail to requesting some changes to our insurance policy.
There was no acknowledgement or reply from PPS, just a looming silence.
Yesterday I sent another e-mail to the above address requesting a status update with regard to Tuesday's request.
Again this has been met with stony, impenetrable silence.
What on earth is wrong with you people that you seem to think your clients enjoy talking into a great empty void!?
Get your act together and send some form of acknowledgement or reply, or I will find a broker who is a bit more proactive.
