I would like to take this opputunity to thank Karl Fourie from your Buildings Claims Devision for the professional way he dealt and finalized my cliam that was registered with him.
From the first time I talked with him on the phone i could really get a sence that he knew what to do and how to advise me accordingly. He really tried to advise me to the best of his ability and also gave me information I could use in future.
He was able to answer all my questions about the cliaming process and made me felt at ease as well as a very important client and not just a number but an client with specific needs that required alot of reassurance and he was able to do that. He was also able to keep me calm where necessary.
I would like to say that I think some staff can really learn from Karl with regards to the correct way to deal with clients that has to deal with a burst geyser for example.
Thank You once again for the GREAT service and PLEASE RETAIN Karl Fourie on the outsurance team because he is one in a million and a GREAT asset to you.
